Pay Scale: During training: Rs.12,600-32,500/- (min. gross Rs.19,000/-).
After TrainingRs. 16,400-40,500/- for one year.
Qualifications: A degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Engineering / Computers/ Management of recognized University/ Institution of repute, preferably with an MBA. Applicants must have at least 60% marks throughout their academic career. However, candidate having min 55% marks in Honors/Masters/ Engg. Degree with 60% marks in all other predegree examinations will also be eligible. Relaxation of 5% in marks will be given to SC/ST& PH candidates.
Experience : Freshers May apply.

Pay Scale: Rs.16,400-40,500/- (min. gross Rs.30,000/-).
Qualifications: CA or ICWA. Knowledge of Company Law, Taxation and Computer Application desirable.
Experience : Min. 2 years post qualification experience.

Completed application in all respects should reach �The Sr. Manager (P&A), MSTC Ltd., 225C, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata 700-020�superscribing the reference no. & name of the post applied for on the envelope within 15 days of publication of the advertisement. Candidates applying for post of Management Trainee should enclose a Demand Draft of Rs.250/- drawn in favour of MSTC Ltd, payable at Kolkata. No other mode of remittance will be accepted. SC/ST & PH candidates need not send any Demand Draft. MSTC will not be responsible for any postal delay. Incomplete application and application received after the said date will be summarily rejected. Mere fulfillment of the above criteria does not entitle a candidate to be called for written test. Final allocation of centre for written test (only for MT) is at the discretion of the Management.
